International Women Day celebrated at INMANTEC with a talk on know yourself.

"BEAUTIFUL TOMORROW" a trust, organised a campaign to commemorate the World Cancer Day to educate and empower the people on women cancer on 2nd Feburary 2025 at Gaur Central Mall Ghaziabad. The event was formally inaugurated by Dr. Saritha Shamsundar, Chairperson FOGSI Oncology Committee. She spoke on preventive aspects on women cancer with special focus on preventing cervical cancer and early diagnosis of breast cancer. The team of BEAUTIFUL TOMORROW conveyed awareness messages through scintillating dance performance by students of IMS Ghaziabad, Tambola numbers related to cervical cancer and breast cancer prevention, fitness activities by Zumba ending the event by forming human chain. "Together we can fight cancer". The session was very well attended by representatives of Rotary, Inner Wheel Club, students of various institutions, medical professionals and the public in the mall. The main focus was on creating a cervical cancer Mukt Bharat by "ZINDAGI KE DO TEEKE" before 15 years of age and screening of all women at 35 and 45 years of age and monthly self-breast examination after 20 years of age. The event was well anchored by energetic team members contributing to making it super success.

17th Nov is Cx Elimination Day when WHO had announced the protocol of 90/70/90 to be followed so that the incidence can be brought down to 4/lakh women. Cx Cancer Awareness program was done at Mahila Hospital Ghaziabad by team of Beautiful Tomorrow doctors. It was attended by large number of females on 18th November.

Was invited to conduct cx cancer awareness program in IMS and Ram chameli chaddha college in October. Well attended also highly interactive These children,though they are above 20, wants to be vaccinated .Before this session they had no knowledge that such a vaccine exist.Vaccination will be done in the end of November at their respective colleges.Paid program

One more step taken for Cx Cancer elimination MOU signed between Bombay Rotary Pier and Beautiful Tomorrow funded by PNB Glitz for vaccinating 3000 underprivileged girls with single dose of GARDESIL4 MB Girls Inter College and Sushila Girls Inter College. This was awareness session conducted in both schools before vaccination by most inspiring and energetic team of Beautiful Tomorrow. It was overwhelming experience to see the tremendous energy the children had for welcoming us and thanking us when we talked about vaccinating them, they apperaed to be more worried about their mothers as to how can they be protected.

Finally the day, the 2nd of June 2024, the vaccination program was launched. Dignatories from Bombay Rotary Pier President Mayuri Bhasin and Project-in-charge Rupen Doshi, Rtn. Pritush ji, DG Rotary 3012 , RTN. Deepak Gupta ji, CMO Ghaziabad, IMA President, members of PNB Glitz, MLA Ghaziabad, Principals of schools and the team of Beautiful Tomorrow participated in the inaugral ceremony. There was wide media coverage.

Few glimpses of ongoing vaccination program. Finally the program was completed on 10th of June. Imagine the beautiful amalgamation of efforts and enthusiasm of the Beautiful Tomorrow team that could achieve the target of 3000 vaccinations within the span of 40 days.

GMA organised "Cervical Cancer Vaccination Camp" on 10th May 2024 at CARTE, Shastri Nagar Ghaziabad. The vaccines were provided by a NGO "Beautiful Tomorrow". The chief trustee Dr. Madhu Gupta, Dr. Smita, Dr. Suchita Dinkar administered the vaccines to 14 girls students of primary school, CARTE. Mr. IC Agarwal Chairman of CARTE motivated girls by distributing them Frooti and pack of biscuits. The vaccines were given to girls after taking consent from their parents.

Still waiting for a call from Ultratech for follow-up sessions. This is awareness session on breast and cervical cancer conducted at Ultratech for wives of masons working with company and is highly interactive.

1st phase of Cx Cancer vaccination with first dose of Cervavac was completed in middle of March 2024. 1000 girls at Gurunanak Girls Inter College took vaccination. 2nd dose will start after a gap of 6-7 months.

Dr. Madhu Gupta was invited by Inner Wheel Club for the holi celebration. They gave a cheque of Rs 12,000 for colposcopic guided biopsies. They have been doing it since 3 yrs.

Bone density, Cx cancer screening and clinical breast examination camp was organized at Navjeevan Nursing Home in association with IMA Ghaziabad. Total 50 females attended the camp 5 PATIENTS were screened with HPV DNA.

One more step by Rotary club and Beautiful Tomorrow Trust to eliminate cervical cancer in Ghaziabad.

MOU for the vaccination project between Rotary Club of Shahdara Dist. 3012 was signed in 1st week of December 2023.

January 2024 was designated as the Cervical Cancer month, started with a big bang by vaccinating the adolescent girls of 9 and 18 years against cervical cancer by indigenous vaccine, "Cervavac" (HPV Vaccine) at Shri Guru Nanak Girls Inter College, Lohia Nagar, Ghaziabad.
This project was organised by Rotary Club of Delhi Shahadra (Dist. 3012) alongwith Beautiful Tomorrow Trust as the Knowledge and Vaccination partner. IMA Ghaziabad also participated in this.
This project was started on 9th January and was concluded on 13th January, during which 1000 girls have been vaccinated with the first dose of Cervavac. The second dose will be given on completion of 6 months.

Cx cancer and menopause pae charcha with ladies of yoga group at Chancellor Club. We interacted and throughly enjoyed.

On 27th December 2023 a cervical cancer detection camp was arranged at Carte, Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad in association with Carte and NGO Beautiful Tomorrow. Total 9 females were screened and all were found negative.

Have tied up with Karte NGO to screen females from age group 30 to 60 years every 3rd Wednesday of every month. This will help in early diagnosis of Cx Cancer. This project started about 2 months back.

Adolescence - what should u know? at Parivatan School for boys and girls by Dr Sanjay Banka and Dr. Madhu Gupta. This was a highly interactive session on 12th December 2023.

Screeing camp for Cx cancer by Paps Smear and breast examination for early detection of breast cancer was organised in association with Virina Foundation for wives of army personnal at Meerut Cantt. on 10th August. 70 women in the age group of 30 to 50 years were screened and one diagonsed with early stage of cx cancer.

Cancer awareness session at Sopra Steria India at Noida in hyrid mode involving units from Chennai & Hyderabad was done on 31st July. It was highly interactive session and was well attended.

Felicitation of doctors day by Innerwheel Club. 33 vaccinations done by Inj. Gardesil since dose regime. Only 500 charged from children as registration fees. This was done on 27th June at Nagar Hospital by team of Beautiful Tomorrow Trust in association of GOGS

Thermography camp was held on 1st June 2023 at the clinic for screening of breast cancer. It can be done after 25 years of age with no exposure to radiation. 35 patients were screened and all were detedcted normal.

Cervical Cancer Awareness Program with CARTE Medical Centre was held on 18th May 2023, 1o women were screened with VIA and 70 women attended the talk.

Madhu Gupta participated as a representative of trust at ISCCP Conference at Hyderabad on 6th & 7th May 2023. The activities were highly appreciated kudoos to all of you. Madhu Gupta also received third prize in essay competition which was shared with u all earlier.

Cervical, Breast & Oral Cancer Awareness Program at Girls Degree College with IWC Sonepat

Cervical Cancer Awareness Program at Chauna Village by SANDESH NGO of Dabur India on 23rd Feb attended by 200 women. This will be followed by cervical cancer screening camp for eligible females.

Cancer Awareness Program at Raghunath Girls College - Meerut on 16th Feb. It was organised by IWC Ghaziabad & IWC Meerut. Dr. Anubha shared her views on oral cancer and Dr. Madhu Gupta made them aware about breast and cervical cancer in short. It was appreciated by everyone and was highly interactive. Attended by almost 150 college students, IWC organisers and members and the teachers of the school.

Beautiful Tomorrow Trust in association with Rotary Club of Sahibabad organized an event on 3rd Feb to celebrate World Cancer Day. Dr Shalini Singh Director NICPR spoke on cancer can be prevented what can we do? followed by the cultural event dances ,skit and ramp walk by cancer champions. 15 champions shared their journey which motivated the audience. The auditorium of 250 seats was full and all the events were welcomed with great round of applause.

WHO defines health as mental, physical, reproductive and social well being and not merely an absence of disease. With this in mind a session on wellness of women matters was conducted along with their staff at IMS Ghaziabad attended by a large gathering of female students. Session was highly interactive and highly appreciated.

"Her Health Matters" - various aspects of women health were discussed alongwith testing of haemoglobin and blood sugar at sanskritic karyakram hosted by Bharat Vikas Parishad in 1st week of November.

Cervical Cancer awareness program at PAC Govindpuram followed by Cx cancer vaccination to 8 girls on 28th August 2022.

Vaccination drive against cervical cancer was done at five govt. schools. Adyatmik Nagar Inter College, Sihani Inter College, Dayanand Modi Govt. School - Modinagar, Kasturba Loni and Kasturba Nehru Nagar. At last 700 vaccinations done. No side effects were seen. 2nd dose of vaccination will be done after 6 months.

First vaccination camp inaugrated and held at Manipal Group of Hospitals. Also 40 children were vaccinated at the camp.

Menstruation is a divine gift of feminity. International Menstruation Hygiene Day is celebrated globally on 28th May. doctors of Beautiful Tomorrow conducted awareness workshops on menstrual health focussing on to celebrate periods with sustainable menstrual products, thus saving our mother earth at IAF-Hindon, IPEM & INMANTEC from 30th May to 1st June 2022.

It was attended in large numbers by the students, faculty and ladies of IAF-HINDON. The attendees were very excited to learn about the new menstrual practices like using menstrual cups and reusable cloth pads.

As a part of women health initiative workshop on abortion and family planning methods was conducted at PAC Vaishali and PAC Govindpuram by Dr. Smita and Dr. Madhu Gupta representing team of Beautiful Tomorrow. It was attended in large number by women by PAC families.

Santosh University & Beautiful Tomorrow Trust organised an online Google Meet on International Women's Day. Speaker in the event said "In short the impact of ABCDE will ensure Beautiful Tomorrow in everyone's life. Together we can bring change and ensure a beautiful tomorrow. "

Innerwheel Club Vaishali onated Rs. 12,000 to our trust for paps smear of poor pt. We utilized it for screening pt for cervical cancer with paps smear in Women District Hospital Ghaziabad

PAPS Smear Camp conducted at Air Force Camp Chandigarh by Dr. Smita & Dr. Pallavi on 24th November and 21 samples were collected.

Menstrual Management Awareness Program at Thakur Dwara School in association with Inner Wheel Club on 22nd November.

On Saturday, 9 October 2021 at 7 to 9 pm Beautiful Tomorrow (Feeling A Happy Tomorrow) Trust organised a program for its awareness on the ocassion of Breast cancer Month. The event was organised in association with Ghaziabad Obstetrics and Gynaecologists Association (GOGS) and rotary district 3012.
Dr. S. Shantakumari, who is the President of Federation of Association of Gynaecologists Of India (FOGSI), was the chief guest at the event. Besides these, Dr. Archana Verma who is the Vice-Chairman of FOGSI North Branch and Mr. Ashok Agaarwal, District Governor of Rotary District 3012 were the Guests Of Honour.
Initiating the programme Dr. Madhu Gupta, who heads the Trust, briefly explained how she conceived it and how she, along with some like-minded doctors and housewives, built it and what she did in her journey.
Dr. Shantakumari and Dr. Archana Verma appreciated the work of this trust and encouraged them to do more social service work. Shri Ashok Aggarwal also appreciated the work done with this trust and said that the agreement with Rotary 3012 is committed to complete the vaccination agreemnet of school girls for the prevention of cervical cancer at the earliest. Mrs. Anita Jain, President of Inner Wheel Club 301 could not attend the program due to her busyness, hence her statement was recorded and played.
Dr. Geeta Kadayapratt of Max Cancer Institute of Cancer Care, Senior Director, Breast Cancer Surgery, told how to detect the symptoms of this disease early and save oneself.
This was followed by a small colourfull programme in which artists from the Indian Whistlers Association whisteled to the tunes of the songs and enthralled the audience.

Skit on Breast Cancer Prevention

This was the presentation given to medical students, interns and postgraduates of Santosh Medical College on screening protocal for early detection of cancer cx on 17th June. Dr. Neelima HOD Gynaecology and Obsterics chaired the session.

On 13th June, there was alive session on menstruation with Q & A on the topic through Mylo company on youtube. It has been told by the organisers that there were more than 50000 views, 200 comments, 150 shares.

On 28th May, 2021, as a part of celebrating the International menstrual day, a talk and panel discussion under Green Menstruation Women empowerment with health perspective, was organized at IMS Ghaziabad on virtual platform. This session was conducted by Beautiful Tomorrow Trust and Ghaziabad Obstetrics & Gynecological Society, which was attended by almost 300 participants comprising students, faculty and mothers/ guardians of students. The session generated a great deal of questions and interaction.

Pledge taken by all trustees to eliminate cervical cancer on 8th March - International Women's Day.

The Sacred Tree Heart Foundation invited us to conduct awareness sessions on Cervical & Breast Cancer and on Menstrual Hygiene. The talks were organised in villages Rajpura & in Bathla on 2nd Feb and on 25th Feb respectively. The sessions were conducted by our trustees, Dr. Madhu Gupta and Dr. Smita. The women were educated about sustainable environment friendly menstrual products like reusable cloth pads and menstrual cups. Response and enthusiasm of attendees was unbelievable and they requested us to carry along the pads and cups in our next visit. They were also interested in getting themselves screened for cervical and breast cancer.

Dr. Madhu Gupta after taking covid vaccine conducted and organised a public awareness session on Cervical cancer and Menstrual hygiene at Rajpura village near Loni on 1st Feb 2021. This awareness session was attended by 80 females. This programme was organised in association with The Sacred Tree Foundation. Biscuits and organic disposable pads were also distributed.

Beautiful Tomorrow Trust held a training workshop for underprivileged women in October 2020 for stiching reusable cloth pads. After that they stiched 100 pads with their pouches and distributed by Inner Wheel Club in village.

Save our mother earth by converting red into green by using environmentally sustainable menstrual products. A session on the above topic was held with members of inner wheel club Jagriti and very well appreciated.

Delivered talk on adolescent & menstrual health as an initiative of pink revolution of Rotary Club to the girls from age group of 10 to 16 years, attended by 450 girls. It was an amazing interactive session with their endless problems.

11th January was a memorable day for the team of Beautiful Tomorrow Trust when district governor Rotary Mr. Deepak Gupta announced joining hands with us in elimination of Cx cancer at Ghaziabad at their annual conference. Dr. Neeraj Bhatla haed of dept. gynaecology AIIMS and Dr. Shalini Rajaram professor GTB hosspital graced the occassion and participated in discussions on Cx cancer.

We were invited by Jagriti Samaj, the ladies club of NTPC Dadri for an awareness talk on Cervical and Breast cancer on 14th September 2019. The session was highly interactive and the audience appeared to be well informed.

Breast & Cervical awareness program with spiritual organisation of Brahma Kumari at Swami Saraswati Vidyamandir - Sahibabad on 21st Oct. October is breast cancer awareness month. The above rogram was in association with GOGS.

We (Beautiful Tomorrow Trust) were invited to participate in "NIDARR HAMESHA" event organised by MAX Hospital on 18th August 2019. We projected through a video presentation that we take care of pre-maligant lesions and instill confidence in community that there are ways to detect few cancers in early stage and that can be treated fully.

Menstrual hygiene and Good touch- Bad touch program was organized by Rotary club Sahibabad at Shishu Mandir, Raj Nagar on 16th July. Menstrual pads were also distributed. Dr. Madhu Gupta and Rtn. Arti Sabbharwal interacted with the girls of class 7 to class 12.

Dr. Madhu Gupta had a highly interactive session on prevention of cervical cancer with the fraternity of homeopathic doctors of Ghaziabad on 29th June 2019.

Sundesh, the NGO of Dabur India organised a talk on Menstrual Hygiene by Dr. Madhu Gupta, Chief Trustee of Beautiful Tomorrow trust on 8th April. During the event, the Inner Wheel Club of Ghaziabad donated to and installed a Sanitary napkin vending machine in the school. Also, Ms. Mamta Gupta taught Mandala Art to the girls.

Dr. Madhu Gupta being felicitated as a "Woman Achiever" by Inner Wheel Club of Ghaziabad on occasion of their Golden Jubilee celebration on 9th March 2019 by Ms. Deepa, President Ghaziabad Club and Ms. Smita Pingale, Association President of Inner Wheel Clubs of India. The Club has planned to associate with Beautiful Tomorrow Trust in its activities to control Breast and Cervical Cancer.

Talk on reproductive health was given to management girls students and faculty of ABES Engineering College, Dept. of Business Administration on 29th October. Awareness regarding reproductive health is very important at this stage, as they are the future mothers and will learn take preventive measures at early stage about any related illness.

Cancer awareness program at Morta Village. Women were very ignorant about health issues and were very happy to learn the tips. Beautiful Tomorrow Trust is planning to adopt the village to make them happy in all aspects.

Organized by Rotary Club of Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, as a part of its theme, PINK REVOLUTION, an Awareness workshop on Menstrual Hygiene and Health was conducted by Dr. Madhu Gupta of BEAUTIFUL TOMORROW TRUST at IMS Engineering College, on Thursday, 26th September 2018 for girl students of Class 6th to 8th of the Adhyatmik School, Ghaziabad. At the end of the workshop, the students took a pledge that they will not hide but will take pride in menstruation, a sign of healthy womanhood.

What a day, 30th August was when an interactive session on Menstrual Hygiene & Health was conducted with Class 6 and 7 girls of Nagar Nigam Kanya Vidyalaya, Sahibabad, in association with Inner Wheel Club of Ghaziabad. About 100 girls attended the session which turned out to be highly interactive and full of queries.

The doctors of the Trust conducted a Cervical Cancer Screening and Breast Examination Camp on 27th August at Sahibabad, in association with Bharat Vikas Parishad. In this camp, Haemoglobin and Blood Sugar were also tested. A total of 28 women were screened.

Doctors of Beautiful Tomorrow Trust in association with Inner Wheel Club conducted a talk on Health & Hygiene for children of Prathmik Vidyalaya, Arthala, Ghaziabad on 19th July 2018. There were almost 300 students of classes 1 to 5 who attended the session. They were found to be interactive and they answered most of the questions. Children were from poor mostly uneducated families. Hats off to the teachers to train them. We had visited the same school almost 2 years back and found vast change in them.

A free Colposcopy camp for screening of Cancer Cervix was conducted under the aegis of AOGIN India on 18th June 2018 at Mahila District Hospital, Ghaziabad as a follow up of women who were detected positive while being screened though VIA during the weekly screening camps conducted in the Hospital during the past 3 months. 25 women were called for this further screening out of which only 18 came and were screened. Further action will be taken depending on the findings in the camp.

What a amazing response after the awareness session with Teachers of DPS NTPC, Dadri, a week earlier. On 31st May, they got their children vaccinated with inj. Gardacil, the vaccine used for prevention of cervical cancer

To our very pleasant surprise, the first lady of the project, Mrs Pradipta Das, along with a few of the Ladies club members also attended the session. She has promised to take up the vaccination and screening drive at project level and in the surrounding villages.

Workshop on "Health and Hygiene of Adolescent Girls", Ryan International School, Ghaziabad organized a Workshop on "Health and Hygiene of Adolescent Girls" on 12th of April 2018 for the girls of classes of classes VIII and IX by Dr. Madhu Gupta , a practicing Gynaecologist & Obstetrician and the Director of Navjeevan Nursing Home Ghaziabad since 1992. She has been instrumental in spreading health awareness among children, adolescents and all reproductive age groups in schools & colleges.

The workshop commenced with an introductory session on the importance of healthy lifestyle. The students were motivated to have an optimistic and a positive approach in life to tackle the challenges of adolescence which is an important phase of life with specific health and developmental needs and rights. It is also a time to develop knowledge and skills, learn to manage emotions and relationships, and to acquire attributes and abilities that will be important for enjoying the adolescent years and assuming adult roles in future.

On the World Women's day on 8th March 2018, Dr. Rekha Loiwal and myself from the Trust addressed a group of ladies of the Astha Club and made them aware of the details on screening and prevention of Breast and Cervical Cancers. What better could be organized on Womens Day!!!!

With a mission of preventing the preventable, the team of doctors and members of beautiful tomorrow trust organised cervical and breast cancer screening camp on 2nd February 2018 under the agies of AOGIN India and sponsored by Kalayanmayi wing of AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA LTD. at Sikhtal Free Charitable Dispensary, in BSR Industrial Area, GHAZIABAD. 110 females reported out of which 97 were screened.

Colposcopy camp was organized on 30th November at MMG Mahila District Hospital, Ghaziabad by Beautiful Tomorrow Trust. 250 patients were screened for Cervical Cancer with VIA technique over a period of two months and 20 were found to be positive. They were posted for colposcopy examination on 30th November 2017. During the examination, wherever found necessary, biopsy and polypectomy were also done.

During October 2016, the Beautiful Tomorrow Trust organized cancer awareness program with special emphasis on prevention of breast and cervical cancer for the teachers of Silver Bells School.(primary school)

Thereafter, on getting convinced with the need for prevention against Cervical Cancer, the school teachers, their children were vaccinated by inj Gardasil vaccine against cervical cancer through the Trust. We have vaccinated 30 people and administered the complete course of two or three doses of the vaccine between November 2016 and March 2017 to the teachers and their children as per protocol

Highly interactive session of Dr. Madhu Gupta with girls of IAMR on reproductive and sexual health issues on 23 Feb it was very well attended by 200 students graduating in physiotherapy, biotechnology and science. I feel these programs are the need of the day as the children are quite ignorant about these issues.

On the occasion of 75th Raising Day of UCO Bank .a health talk (Personal hygiene,good & bad touch and development issues ) was organised by the trust .It was highly interactive session between the Doctors and school children and the village women.

Beautiful Tomorrow Trust, in association with AOGIN India, organized a Colposcopy camp at Community Health Centre, Muradnagar, on 6th June 2016. Chief Medical Officer, Ghaziabad inaugurated the camp. Doctors of the Trust screened about 300 women between the ages of 30 to 50 years for Ca Cervix in detection camps organized in the are over the past 2 and a half months, through VIA. Out of these females, 20 VIA +ve cases were shortlisted for Colposcopy and the same was performed.

With permission of the CMO Ghaziabad, a camp for detection of Cervical and Breast cancer was organized by Beautiful Tomorrow Trust at the CHC Muradnagar with assistance of its employees, from 9.30 AM to 3.00 PM on Monday, 22nd February 2016, 14th March and 28th March 2016. Dr. Madhu Gupta and Dr. Smita from the Trust conducted the camp with active association of Dr. Suryanshu and his team of other medical professionals and staff of the CHC.

In the camp about 150 women were examined. Women were checked for cervical cancer through VIA and were taught Self Breast Examination. Besides this, general physical examination, hemoglobin and Blood Sugar tests were also carried out. Suspected VIA positive cases were asked to come in the next visit after 15 days for PAPS SMEAR examination.

These camps will be conducted regularly at Muradnagar CHC on 2nd and 4th Mondays of every month.

Trust participated in Vibhavari Teej Mela in Ghaziabad on 1st & 2nd August 2015. The theme of the stall was "TURN ORGANIC - STAY HEALTHY" inaugurated by Shivani Kashyap, the renowned singer. Motivating footfall in the stall.
